RAFFLES HOTEL RE-DEVELOPMENT

Schwanke Consulting has been appointed by Multiplex Constructions Pty Ltd as the fire safety engineer for the A$70 million redevelopment of the existing Raffles Hotel site in Applecross. The development consists of three 5 storey apartment towers and one 15 storey apartment tower.

Schwanke Consulting has been appointed by Milankov Designs and Project Management as the fire safety engineer and building regulations consultant for the new A$80 million 25,000 m2 laminated veneer lumber (LVL) plant for Wesbeam Pty Ltd in Neerabup, Perth, Western Australia.The plant will process pine trees from the Gnangara Pine plantation located north of Perth.
