A fire safety audit is normally performed on an existing building to
determine:
• Compliance of the building against the current building regulations
to identify any shortfalls the building may have.
• Whether existing fire safety systems installed in the building
still meet the requirements at the time of installation.
• Whether maintenance of existing fire safety systems are being
carried out correctly.
We will carry out an inspection of the building and provide you with
a written Fire Safety Audit report. The report will identify the fire
safety systems provided in your building, the general condition of those
systems, any shortfalls the building may have against the current building
regulations.
Schwanke Consulting will provide you with recommendations as to how the
level of fire safety can be improved in the building. We can provide you
with a budget estimate to assist you in determining the most cost effective
solution.
